A Pomodoro timer in the macOS menu bar

Run a flexible Pomodoro timer from the Mac menu bar, step away with full-screen breaks, and review your rhythm through searchable local history, CSV export, trends, calendar, task rankings, and daily or weekly goals—without an account or cloud dependency.

See remaining time, control the current stage, and start the next focus session without keeping a main window open.

Pause, resume, add 5 minutes, finish early, or end focus. During a break, pause, resume, or skip it.
Start an unnamed 15, 25, 45, or 60-minute session for quick tasks, a classic Pomodoro, or deeper work.
Restore a recent task and its timing, or start a saved configuration from the menu. Free keeps 2 presets; Pro keeps up to 20.
Adjust tasks, focus, short breaks, and long breaks to your working style, with state recovery after an unexpected quit or restart.
Set focus from 1–180 minutes, short breaks from 1–60, long breaks from 1–120, and trigger a long break every 2–6 completed sessions.
Choose whether breaks start automatically and whether the next focus session begins when a break ends.
See the task, large countdown, and progress ring at the top right or center of the screen. Closing the panel does not stop the timer.
Weeko Focus saves the current stage, remaining time, task, and expected end time, then restores active focus, break, or paused states when reopened.
Full-screen breaks separate recovery from work. Away protection covers the workspace and pauses the timer when you briefly leave your Mac.
Cover all connected displays, hide the Dock and menu bar, and show a break countdown with customizable title and subtitle.
Start it from the menu or a shortcut to cover the screen and pause an active focus or break, then restore the timer after unlocking. It does not replace macOS Lock Screen.
Exiting requires a long press followed by Touch ID or the Mac login password. Direct exit remains possible when no device password is configured.
